The wall mount for horizontally aligned racks

For the wall mount, the premise was that it should be easy to install with the highest possible quality optics, matching the rack. Here we had the idea to use simple stainless steel rod holders from the railing construction. On our pipe drilling machine, holes are drilled into the rack using the tile drilling method and the threads are formed. Here the spacers will be screwed in later. First, however, the rod holders are attached to the wall with dowels and screws. After the spacers are screwed into the rack, they are simply pushed into the rod holders and fixed with a grub screw. Done.

The effect of this mounting is that the racks seem to float in the room due to the distance to the wall and the elegant, minimalist spacers.
